Job Title

As a Process Operative, you will be required to work as a member of a team of operatives (varying in size) reporting through a Team Leader, to the Section Leader. Effective liaison, team working and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff is fundamental. The job is performed mainly in a temperature controlled area and involves extensive periods of standing and repetitive movements. Shift Patterns: Day shifts:A and B Shift: 223 shift pattern 06:00-18:00, Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.( Free transport from Lincoln . Sleaford, Grantham and Boston)Pay rate: 12.60-12.78 per hour Twilight shift: Monday to Friday, 18.00-02.00 ( Free transport from Lincoln and Boston) Pay rate: 13.10-13.28 per hour Open/Recruitment days every Thursday at 9am.
