Our products play a critical role in major infrastructure and energy projects across the globeand so does our documentation.Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit comprehensive document packages, including ITPs, MRBs, IOMs, and Material Certificates (e.g. EN 10204)Coordinate inputs from internal departments (Sales, Engineering, QA, Production, R&D, Purchasing, Shipping, Finance) to meet tight project deadlinesLiaise directly with clients to clarify requirements, resolve documentation queries, and provide professional customer serviceMaintain accurate records using the companys Document Management System (DMS)Support Project Managers with status updates, reporting, and document lifecycle trackingIdentify and resolve obstacles to ensure timely document and product deliveryCollaborate on continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools About You Were looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast paced environments and has the ability to manage competing priorities.
