Youll work on life-saving marine equipment and help lead a small, skilled team - playing a key role in safety, quality, and operational excellence.Perfect for an experienced technician ready to step up or an established team leader looking for a new challenge in a globally respected company.Key ResponsibilitiesService, inspect, test, and repack life-saving marine equipment (e.g., liferafts, first aid kits)Carry out repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations per safety protocolsComplete reports on tests/inspections and manage stock via stores requisitionDiagnose faults, perform emergency and preventive maintenanceSupport new/complex equipment testing within scope of expertiseLead daily task allocation and assist with site opening/closing proceduresCoach and mentor technicians; support training and assessmentsCollaborate on monthly schedules and resource planningIdeal Candidate ProfileProven experience in servicing technical or marine safety equipment (liferafts ideal)Leadership or team lead experience in a hands-on service/technical environmentExcellent attention to detail with strong communication skillsValid driving licence and flexible for occasional travelWilling to obtain rope access certification if not already heldMotivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamThis is more than just a job - its a career move with purpose, growth, and the opportunity to make a real difference.ACS are recruiting for a Lead Service Technician.
