This hybrid-based Paraplanner job in Northallerton is suitable for an individual looking to be part of a growing company and assist in providing excellent financial planning solutions.You will be providing paraplanning support to their team of Financial Advisors who provide holistic financial planning to clients. In addition, they regularly provide cashflow modelling to their clients.As a Paraplanner, you would be focused on providing research, analysis and report writing support to assist the Financial Advisors in delivering quality, appropriate and compliant financial planning. Your duties will include:Preparing pre-approval documents prior to report writing, ensuring recommendations are appropriateProviding accurate, timely and compliant suitability reportsUtilising technology to produce accurate solutionsUndertake financial calculations including CGT and annual allowancesEnsuring al advice documentation is compliantEffectively communicating internally and externallyWorking closely with the Financial Advisers to gather sufficient informationProvide clear instructions to the team of Administrators to ensure proposals and documents are completed correctlyThe business has a strong focus on allowing their individuals to grow and develop and would openly support your progression. Due to their growing scale and people focus, they are open minded to support your development into whichever area you desire, whether that is into advice, compliance, management etc.Paraplanner RequirementsYou should have experience as a ParaplannerYou should good knowledge of financial planning and have experience of writing bespoke pieces of advice for complex casesYou should be confident undertaking research and financial calculationsYou should hold your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this (support provided)The CompanyThis growing IFA firm is led by highly respected names within the industry, accompanied with the backing of a private equity firm.
