Key Responsibilities Handle the leasing and sales of office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, including development sites. Deliver engaging marketing campaigns to showcase client properties. Provide clear, detailed advice to landlord and occupier clients. Manage your own client portfolio, while supporting the development of new business. Contribute to thought leadership and PR activity to raise the agency's profile. Support and mentor colleagues as an integral member of the growing agency team. Key Requirements Proven agency experience in acquisitions and disposals across a range of property sectors. Strong network and local market knowledge across Berkshire and Surrey. Confident in business development, client relationship management, and networking. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
