Youll be a key part of keeping our production running smoothly while delivering thehighest quality standards. Main duties: Set up and run multiple production lines and equipment efficiently Carry out QC testing using a variety of equipment to ensure high quality standards Meet all production work requirements following operating procedures and work instructions Operate machinery safely, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth production processes Work as part of a team, supporting all company practices and Health, Safety & Environmental procedures Produce work to the highest standard in line with ISO9001 processes Experience running extrusion lines is a plus; otherwise, experience in plastic processing or general manufacturing is valuable Person-profile requirements: Formal engineering qualification college level Previous experience in a Production / Manufacturing / Factory environment is desirable but not essential Practical mechanical ability and strong problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills, organised, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Effective verbal and written communication skills Due to site location,drivers with their own vehicle are preferred This role offerscareer development, excellent benefits, and a supportive team environmentwhere quality, safety, and employee wellbeing come first.
