Job Title

Purpose of the Role: To lead and manage the daily running of a designated nursery room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Key Responsibilities:Lead and support staff within your room to deliver high-quality care and learning.Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.Carry out observations, assessments, and maintain accurate records of childrens development.Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.Build positive relationships with children, parents, and careers.Supervise room staff, supporting their training and professional development.Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.Skills & Requirements:Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent).Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally in a supervisory role.Excellent knowledge of EYFS statutory framework.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting childrens welfare.Benefits:Competitive salary.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Supportive and friendly team environment.JBRP1_UKTJ
