Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in music and audio production to join a collaborative and innovative team at a leading global manufacturer of audio products. This is a brand-new, full-time permanent role based in Kidlington, Oxford, offering a competitive salary of 45,000 to 60,000, along with flexible hybrid working options and adaptable start/finish times.In this pivotal position, you'll be a key driver in building and nurturing client relationships, helping to expand business opportunities across a portfolio of respected audio brands. If you're passionate about audio and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key Accountabilities the Client Relationship Manager:Develop a comprehensive strategy to build the user community, creating content (tutorials, videos, articles for courses, online events to promote the brandsRecruit and manage relationships with key artists, influencers, producers and partners for brand messagingInitiate, design and implement loyalty programs centered on the user experience offering exclusive access, special promotions to drive subscription growthWorking closely with the education team to enhance community engagement across platforms and channelsEstablish and manage an online platform for prospective customers and users, knowledge sharing and brand engagementProducing technically correct high quality and engaging content showcasing all brands and their benefitsAnalyse, monitor and report on community engagement, identify trends, content performance and product developmentWork closely with marketing, sales and development teams to ensure alignment with business objectivesKey Skills Required for Client Relationship Manager:A degree, higher level qualification, or qualified by experience in music and audio productionMusic production experience with a strong understanding of software tools (plug-ins, DAWs, virtual instrumentsProven ability to explain use of audio softwareExperience creating and presenting video content across multiple platformsA passion for audio creation, music technology is a mustConfident communicator particularly with technical focused contentExperience in community engagement, customer success, content marketing within software or music technology would be an advantageCollaborative team worker with excellent interpersonal skillsHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailAdaptable in a changing environmentHigh energy, able to work on own initiativeCreative mindset, a self starterWhat's in it for you?Salary of between 45,000 and 60,000Flexible, hybrid workingJoining a highly successful collaborative company who are global market leadersTraining development and progression24 days holiday which increases by one every two years and capped at 29 days (can also buy and sell hols)5 hours per week with flexible start/finish timesAnnual bonusCompany pension, Salary Extra Health perks scheme, cycles to work, group income protection, group life insurance, discounts on products, employee assistance programJBRP1_UKTJ
