Youll play a key role in maintaining business-critical systems while helping us transition to a future-fit digital environment.Key to this role is your ability to understand KPs overall system architecture and guide support teams in the right direction when analysing issues or failures. Youll need to navigate our support structure confidently, knowing which partner supports which part of the system. Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills are essential to reach quick resolutions and implement changes effectively.Youll also balance business-as-usual support with the delivery of smaller projects, helping us drive smarter ways of working and long-term efficiency.Whats in it for you?We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive.
