Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm, with occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis Start Date:- Mid/Late October Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Were looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing team. This is a remote role where youll play a key part in ensuring their customers receive excellent service, whether youre helping them place an order, resolving a delivery issue, or answering product-related questions. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer queries with a professional and helpful approach. Process new orders, order amendments, rebates, and refunds accurately and efficiently. Liaise with courier partner (DHL) to track deliveries, resolve delays, manage product enquiries, and handle complaints. Build a thorough understanding of the website and product range in order to confidently support customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey. What Were Looking For Proven experience in a customer-facing role (either phone-based or face-to-face). Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a clear and friendly manner. Confident using computers, online portals, and business systems. Excellent attention to detail, especially when inputting customer and order data. A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently. A flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities. An interest in food and cooking is desirable but not essential.
