Youll play a key part in preparing, packing, and delivering our fresh products to the highest standards. Shift Pattern Rotating Days & Nights We run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern with both day and night shifts (7am7pm and 7pm7am): Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday Then it repeats 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks. We believe hard work deserves great rewards: Annual salary 27,512(13.74 per hour) Shift allowance: 1,056 per year (extra 50p per hour) Overtime paid at 125% Free English lessons (if needed) Clear paths for progression grow into a Skilled Operative or leadership role Matched pension contributions (up to 5%) Health cash plan claim back on dental, prescriptions, opticians, etc. Extra perks including gym discounts and enhanced parental leave Online GP access life assurance What Youll Be Doing Safe and efficient operation of multiple machines to deliver required business output and OEE target with all aspects of quality and food safety, including CCPs SIC and Giveaway understanding, control and delivery Basic maintenance of equipment, in line with basic TPM Autonomous Maintenance, cooperation with engineering Support training of new starters and others to the required standard Driving process improvements Ensure Food Safety and H&S understanding and compliance in area of responsibility Ensure an efficient operation and communicate any issues and variations to plan/ performance to the PT Who Were Looking For Were after reliable, hands-on people who are ready to get stuck in.
