Senior Commercial Contracts / Construction Lawyer - InterimPanoramic Associates are supporting a public sector client who are seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts / Construction Lawyer to provide interim support. This is an immediate requirement to cover a gap in their construction expertise, with an initial contract of 3 months and potential for extension.The role will involve:Advising on and drafting large-scale construction contracts (JCT, NEC, call-off agreements)Supporting projects delivered through regional frameworks and arm's-length organisationsProviding wider commercial contracts support alongside construction workProcurement involvement and advising on project delivery risksClient-facing responsibilities, including progress reporting and stakeholder engagementEssential skills:Strong experience in construction law (JCT, NEC, call-offs)Solid background in commercial contractsConfident communicator, able to build client relationships and provide clear reportingExperience working with arm's-length organisationsDesirable skills:Local government experience, particularly governance and member engagementWider commercial experience beyond construction lawKey details:Rate: Up to £60-65 per hourLocation: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings if preferred (not mandatory)Hours: Full-timeContract length: 3 months minimum, with scope for extensionStart date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and able to manage complex organisational dynamics while working transparently with colleagues.If this sounds suitable for you, or someone you know, please send an updated CV and contact number to Sean Cloherty at Panoramic Associates so we can discuss further.
