Bono Network is reimagining how contracts get understood, negotiated, and enforced. Our product, Arbiter (), ingests any agreement and returns lawyer-grade summaries, redlines, and risk insights, instantly. We’re founder-led, moving fast, and ready to open the UK market across elite firms and the digital courts ecosystem. If you’ve been waiting for a seat at the table where product, law, and go-to-market intersect, this is it.Why this role matters. The UK is where legal innovation becomes legal standard. Your mandate is simple and ambitious: turn first meetings at Magic/Silver Circle and leading boutiques into 30-day pilots, and turn those pilots into 50~100+ seat rollouts. In parallel, you’ll help explore pathways with the UK’s digital courts ecosystem. You won’t be “running a playbook.” You’ll be writing it with the founder, and your name will be on the first wins. What you’ll actually do. In your first 30 days you’ll map target firms, open senior conversations, and deliver live demos that shift the room from curiosity to conviction. You’ll scope pilots with clear, measurable success criteria; run crisp check-ins; and negotiate commercial terms that scale from one team to the whole practice. As deals land, you’ll partner with product to shape UK-specific workflows and with leadership on alliances that accelerate access (bar associations, insurers, CLMs, court-adjacent platforms).Who thrives here. You’re a qualified solicitor or barrister (England & Wales, or Scotland/Ireland equivalent) or a legal-tech operator who knows how big-law decisions actually get made. You combine credibility with urgency: you can sit with a managing partner at 9 am, a KM lead at noon, and a CIO at 4 pm, and walk out with a pilot that starts this month. You write crisply, demo with confidence, and love the “0→1” moment because it rewards people who own outcomes. Why Bono (and why now). You’ll be among the first hires shaping the UK franchise, with direct access to the CEO, product roadmap influence, and line of sight to leadership roles as we scale. We care about mastery (you’ll get deep product support), autonomy (you’ll run the motion), and purpose (faster, fairer, more transparent justice). If you close, you win big: we pay for realized value and transition successful closers into salary + commission + equity.Compensation & upside. We keep it straightforward and high-leverage. In the ramp/trial period (3–6 months), the role is commission-only with 20–25% of Year-1 ARR on new logos, £££ pilot bonuses, logo bonuses, and 10% on early seat expansions. After your first close, you can transition to salary + commission + equity. (We’ll walk you through exact numbers in the first call.)How to raise your hand. Apply on LinkedIn or DM me. In your note, include: (1) a five-line email you’d send to a UK managing partner/KM lead to book a demo; (2) five target firms you’d approach first (with titles you’d message) {these can be lawfirms or businesses who might be interested in Arbite's API} ; (3) a 30-day action plan; and (4) one story where you changed a legal team’s workflow. Bonus points: try Arbiter at and tell us what you’d show in a first demo.Location. United Kingdom (remote). We work async, meet often, and move fast. If you’re ready to build something that will be cited in pitch meetings and partner off-sites a year from now, we’d love to talk.
