HIRING, Senior Lawyer, Mass Consumer Claims - law firm start upLocation, London or Manchester, on-site for first 6 months - hybrid thereafterWe are partnering with a fast-growing litigation start up to hire a senior litigator to lead and scale high-volume consumer actions. The work spans bank fraud, housing disrepair, motor claims, and adjacent group actions.The role• Own strategy and day-to-day conduct of multi-claimant matters, from triage to resolution• Build scalable workflows for intake, evidence, pleadings, disclosure, counsel, and ADR• Lead and develop juniors and paralegals, manage experts and counsel, drive portfolio MI• Work closely with funding and ATE, strengthen reporting and settlement frameworks• Uphold SRA compliance, client care, and data integrityYou bring• Proven litigation experience in consumer claims, group actions, or insurance fraud• Comfort with volume and KPI environments, excellent drafting and advocacy• Process mindset, sound judgment on case selection, appetite to build and improveNice to have• Experience with APP fraud recovery, housing disrepair, motor fraud, or data/privacy• Familiarity with GLOs, CPOs, DBAs, and portfolio management informationWhy this, why now• High growth platform, real ownership, modern tooling, clear progression• Competitive base, performance bonus, full benefitsConfidential expressions of interest, DM me here, or email Abbey.Bennett@ with your CV.
