DEBUTE is a London based womenswear brand founded by sisters Jazzy De Lisser and Lola Bute. Launched in October 2024, we are entering an exciting scale up phase. We are seeking a dynamic, strategically minded yet hands on COO to oversee operations and ensure the brand’s foundation is strong as we grow.This is a unique opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at a pivotal moment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations, implementing long term strategy, and driving growth across product, logistics, finance, and sales. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, balances creative vision with operational excellence, and is motivated to help scale a brand from the ground up.Key Responsibilities Strategy and LeadershipWork closely with the founders to refine and execute DEBUTE’s growth strategyOversee global brand operations and ensure alignment between creative, marketing, and commercial functionsLead annual business planning, financial forecasting, and operational goal setting Operations and FinanceManage day to day business operations across logistics, production, e-commerce, and retail activationsOversee financial management, ensuring accurate bookkeeping in partnership with our accountants, and maintain reliable reporting and budgetingShopify and digital sales reporting, providing regular insights to foundersBuild operational processes and systems that can scale with the brand Product and Supply ChainCoordinate with design and production teams to set product strategies, target margins, and retail pricesOversee critical path management (with our head of production), from sampling to production to deliverySales and GrowthLead sales operations including forecasting, planning, and analysisPartner with marketing on growth strategy, ensuring alignment between brand awareness and commercial performanceExplore new distribution opportunities including wholesale and retail activations]Who We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management, ideally within fashion, luxury, or consumer brandsStrong commercial acumen with a proven ability to balance creativity and business rigorHands on operator who is comfortable managing detail but also shaping long-term strategyExperience with Shopify, e-commerce systems, and financial reporting toolsExceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to build and structure a team over timeExcited by the challenge of growing a small brand into a global businessWhy Join DEBUTE?Join a small, passionate founding team at the start of an exciting growth journeyGain broad exposure across all aspects of a DTC fashion business, from product to marketing to salesPlay a key role in shaping strategy, structure, and growth of the brand
