Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a Luxury Fashion Brand to support them in the search for an Order Entry Coordinator.A globally recognised luxury fashion house is looking for an Order Entry Coordinator to join its London headquarters. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for systems, process improvement, and team development.The Role:Lead, support, and develop the Order Entry team to ensure accurate and timely order managementAssign responsibilities, monitor performance, and support the professional development of team membersOversee all aspects of order entry and modification, including reorders, POs, shipping terms, and returnsCollaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Allocation & Shipping Planning, and Production to optimise order flowEnsure production teams have full visibility of orders to support timely planning and manufacturingTrack inbound operations and proactively address any delays or bottlenecks in the supply chainAnalyse order status, flag potential issues, and propose solutions to meet business targetsDeliver clear, concise updates to the Customer Service Manager and cross-functional stakeholdersSupport system and process improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic projects across the wider teamRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar order management or operations coordination roleStrong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, AS400) and Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyProven team leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coordinate effectivelyStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyFluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving performanceComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentLocation: Central London (hybrid) 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.To apply, please send your CV to or click the apply button.Please note: due to high volumes of interest, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.We look forward to hearing from you!
