You’ll be the trusted HR partner for seven hotels across the North West, Derby, and the Midlands, helping shape the employee experience from the ground up.As our People & Development Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor to hotel leadership—guiding them through the ins and outs of employee relations and performance management. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, helping us attract and retain top talent. You’ll also lead the charge in refining and rolling out HR policies and procedures.Ideal CandidateExcellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideasUnderstanding of HR best practices and current regulationsProficiency in commonly used word processing software packages, such as the MS Office suiteCIPD Level 5 or higher would be advantageous Excellent judgment and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of the hiring processThe ability to remain calm in stressful situations, including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflictsSolid ethics and morals, and sound judgment
