We are on the hunt for a General Manager to lead one of our new clubs.Your OpportunityWe are looking for a fun, outgoing and high energy team person to lead our new Greenwich Club.We are looking for a proven people-first leader, who is operationally savvy and ready to take full ownership of a space. You will run everything from sales to operations, member experience through to team management. Your primary objective is to drive both unit revenue and sales performance, supporting the club’s positive net member movement requirement. We will teach you a lot and there is huge room to grow.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to embark on an exciting journey with a startup that has big visions. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction that the company goes.This role reports directly into the Operations Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesMember Experience & Community BuildingDeliver a consistent 5-star hospitality experience.Become the face of Drop-in both with members and the local community away from the clubHost engaging community events and foster daily interactions.Creating effective marketing activities e.g. promotions, social content and local activitiesAct on member feedback and encourage a sense of belonging.Sales & Membership GrowthDrive new memberships through tours, outreach, and local engagement.Manage and convert leads using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).OperationsManage operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning, and ensuring the physical infrastructure is on point every dayHandle daily walkthroughs and general upkeep or our standards in clubYou’ll oversee health and safety and compliance, ensuring all is in orderResponsible for safety, standards and service throughout the clubTeam LeadershipRecruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.Lead the Club team to ensure they are well trained, confident and engagedPromote team wellbeing, lead 1:1s, and manage performance via BrightHR.Foster a fun, joyful, inclusive culture aligned with Drop-in values.Succession plan effectively and manage labour planning.Café OversightEnsure stock, coffee quality, and café equipment are maintained.Support the barista team in delivering expertly crafted drinks and serviceMonitor Square POS transactions and ensure daily café efficiency.Who You ArePreferred (but not essential) 2-5+ years in hospitality, cafe or retail operations.
