Our client based in London is a boutique Management Consulting practice looking to bolster out their Pre & Post Deal M&A Function after some excellent growth throughout 2025. AMA has made multiple successful engagements with this client and is a key account for our firm who we are excited to be working with again.If you have worked in TS/FDD pre deal or Post Deal Post Merger Integration you will be suitable for this opportunity. Our client is not looking for a someone with all the experience you must pick one your most suitable for. Experience RequiredExperience in either Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence in the pre deal spaceExperience in either Integration & Separation in the post deal space3+ years minimum for Assistant Manager 5+ years Minimum for ManagerPreferably have come from a Management Consulting/Advisory backgroundKnowledge of P&L Terminology and EBITDA referencesMust know how to communicate well with clients and have stakeholder management capabilitiesLed a team as a Manager, or mentored as an Assistant ManagerOffering£59,000 - £65,000 base salary + 15% - 20% Bonus for Assistant Manager grade£82,000 + 25% bonus for Manager Grade30 days holiday from day oneComprehensive Healthcare and Insurance policyComprehensive Materinity & Paternity Policy Matched 6% Pension Contributions
