We are looking for a Events Coordinator to join our team in London.Location: London Bridge, E14 5RBRate of Pay: £31,941 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, event overtime on weekends paid 1.5 but very rarely will you need to work a weekend eventKey Responsibilities: Event Planning: Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for various types of events.Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure all their needs are met throughout the planning process.On-Site Coordination: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and as planned.Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients and participants to assess event success and areas for improvement.Our Ideal Candidate will have:Events background Experience hosting events such as conferences, banquets and weddings What's in it for you?
