The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters and will be responsible for progressing 12–16 files per month. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, forward-thinking firm offering career progression and flexible working.Key Responsibilities· Manage a caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.· Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing.· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property documents.· Maintain excellent client care, ensuring professional and efficient service delivery.· Work closely with colleagues across the firm to support business development and growth.· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Requirements· Qualified Solicitor (2+ PQE in Commercial Property preferred).· Demonstrable experience in handling a variety of commercial property transactions.· Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.· Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet monthly file targets.· Client-focused with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Rewards & Benefits· Competitive salary of £45,000–£60,000 (depending on experience).· Performance-related bonus scheme.· Hybrid working (after successful completion of 3-month probation).· Supportive team environment with opportunities for career development.· Access to our offices across Alfreton, Tamworth, Solihull, Birmingham and London.
