This is a key leadership role within the Decoration Department, responsible for ensuring that production output meets both company and customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise shift operations to meet production targets and quality standards.Ensure all activities comply with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and Management Systems.Maximise the effective use of all resources, including personnel and equipment.Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.Monitor and analyse shift performance data to drive continuous improvement.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety across the department.Support and enforce company procedures, including performance management and disciplinary processes.What we are looking forWe’re looking for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for continuous improvement.
