We’re undergoing exciting growth - having just rebranded and brought our PPC function fully in-house. Now, we’re looking for a Digital Growth Lead to take the reins of our performance marketing and help shape the future of digital at Formula.The OpportunityWe’re searching for an experienced, hands-on digital marketer who lives and breathes Paid Media and Digital Growth. This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll own strategy, execution, optimisation and results across our hotel clients’ digital channels.You’ll be leading from the front - running campaigns yourself, driving performance, influencing strategy, and eventually building out your own team as we scale. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all Paid Media efforts – Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX, Hotel Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Microsoft Ads, and more. You will need to know these inside out and make strong recommendations about what will work best for a particular client. Build and deliver high-performance paid strategies across PPC, Paid Social and Google Hotel Ads.Develop full-funnel strategies tailored to the hotel booking journey, using our Hotel Growth Formula.Optimise accounts to increase ROAS and reduce CPA - through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, ad copy and landing page insights.Use tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to analyse performance and report insights that matter.Drive CRO initiatives and collaborate with our SEO Lead and web teams to ensure a seamless user journey.Lead client meetings, present strategy and performance, and manage client expectations.Collaboratively closely with our in-house Head of SEO to align client growth strategies Feed into new business activity, from proposals to pitch decks.Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, platforms, and ideas - don’t be afraid to experiment.Mentor and eventually hire to grow the digital performance team.What We're Looking ForWe’re after a proven performance marketer with strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a commercial mindset.You should have:10+ years of experience in the world of digital/agency/work! Proven results managing budgets from £100 - £50,000 per monthDeep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Google Hotel AdsStrong proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and CRO best practicesExperience in hospitality a bonus (agency-side preferred)Confidence in client communication, performance reviews, and commercial conversationsA data-driven mindset – you test, learn and act fastAbility to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting prioritiesWorking knowledge of SEO strategy and how it fits with paid campaignsExperience supporting new business and growth initiativesBonus if you have:Familiarity with managing or advising on social media strategiesExperience in setting up attribution modeling with GA4, Tag Manager and third party ecommerce platforms, as well as troubleshooting and resolving errors and inconsistenciesExperience managing or mentoring team membersWhat You’ll GetAutonomy & Ownership – You’ll fully own paid performance.
