We are seeking a dynamic Partner or Senior Solicitor (5 years PQE) to head up a small team. The role You will take over from the existing head of department, managing a broad caseload of private client matters to include: Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, including complex estates Estate administration and managing estate accounts Court of Protection matters You will be managing a small, dedicated teamincluding a Senior Solicitor in London and a Probate Executive in their office in Sussexwith scope to expand. If youre interested in bringing a paralegal or assistant with you, my client is open to discussion. About you Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience handling a diverse private client caseload Strong technical expertise across all areas of private client work Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills Proven experience in team management and leadership Demonstrated business development ability, with a clear ambition to build and grow a team What they can offer You can choose to be based in either their London or Sussex office with regular travel between offices. While office presence is important in this client-facing role, they are happy to consider hybrid working arrangements that support your productivity and work-life balance.
