A leading UK retail group is seeking a commercially minded Employment Legal Counsel to join its collaborative in-house legal team. This is a high-impact role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to shape employment practices across a large, people-focused organisation.The Role: You’ll provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, working closely with HR and ER teams.
