You will have good career prospects as you will be working in a team that values dedication and hard work, and we have phenomenal on the job training.Join our international MSP Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Telford, UK!The Central Support Coordinator is accountable for:Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliersWork with Hiring Managers as the need arises to discuss and build requestsRespond to emails and queries from Suppliers regarding the requestWork with the Hiring Managers and Suppliers to process and handle any work order updates and/or revisions, including all e-tool updatesHandle in house applicationsData inputData manipulationHandle all on and off-boarding activities for all new startersCreate and monitor Purchase Order’sEssential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:You will have worked in a customer-facing role and have good admin skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident with Video CallsProficient with ExcelExcellent skills with - internet, Windows, email and MS WordEnglish language skills, written and verbalGood organizational skillsSeeking at least 2 years of experience in administration and customer service.
