Salter Grange is currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to support a leading and award-winning General Contractor in the Data Centre sector.Ideally, candidates will have extensive experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager/Lead on Data Centre projects or large-scale industrial or healthcare projects.In this role, you will oversee the installation/management of Mechanical systems on site, ensure site safety, drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, manage project schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee day-to-day site operations.Ideally, the Mechanical Lead should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position and from a trade background or degree-qualifiedMechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:Overseeing procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materialsLiaising with clients over design variationsManaging full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budgetAlways ensuring health 'safety is followedManaging weekly design, progress, and commercial meetingsMechanical Project Manager Requirements:3-7 years’ experience required.Strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical Services and Design, includingProven record in coordinating and managing large projects.If you are a driven Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a successful company with a busy pipeline of wor,k apply with your CV to the link provided or call Julia at 07523698852.
