Backed by one of the largest technology and transformation practices in the UK, they are now seeking a Senior Manager to join their high-performing Cyber Strategy & Transformation team in London.About the RoleAs a Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how organisations approach cyber security. You’ll lead large-scale programmes that design and deliver cyber strategies, roadmaps, and operating models aligned to business goals. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, direct multi-disciplinary teams, and act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and senior executives. Beyond delivery, you’ll help grow the practice by driving thought leadership, proposals, and new business opportunities.What You’ll Be DoingLeading the design and delivery of enterprise-wide cyber strategies and transformation programmesAdvising senior stakeholders, including board-level executives, on managing cyber risk and enabling digital growthShaping operating models, governance frameworks, and risk-based roadmaps for resilience and complianceManaging diverse delivery teams across complex client environmentsBuilding long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisorContributing to practice growth through business development, recruitment, and thought leadershipCoaching and mentoring consultants to develop the next generation of cyber leadersIdeal BackgroundProven experience in cyber strategy, transformation, and risk management within complex organisationsStrong knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF, ISO27001, GDPR, NIS2, NCSC CAF)Experience across areas such as GRC, security architecture, threat management, or vulnerability managementOutstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite and board levelTrack record of leading large-scale client engagements and delivery teams in consulting environmentsRelevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, MSc Cyber Security) advantageousWhat You’ll ReceiveSalary: £86,000–£107,000 + benefits25 days annual leave + UK public holidaysContributory pension scheme (6% employer / 2% employee)Private healthcare, dental, and wellbeing support optionsCritical illness and life assurance coverFlexible benefits including electric vehicle scheme, cycle-to-work, and moreRelocation support up to £8,000Hybrid working and London-based project varietyWho Should ApplyThis role is ideal for experienced cyber security leaders who want to operate at the strategic level of consulting.
