Title: Data Sourcing & Contract Management SupportCompany: Global Pharmaceutical ManufacturingLocation: UK - REMOTEPlanet Pharma is partnered with a global leading pharmaceutical company who are currently hiring for a Data Sourcing & Contract Management Support - Project Manager to join their team on a critical project for 5 months initially, on a fully remote basis in the UK.Main Responsibilities:Budget Management SupportAssist in managing the data purchasing budget in collaboration with the accounting and finance teams.Track and report on budget activities with accuracy and attention to detail.Contract Management SupportCoordinate data contract renewals and related activities.Engage with internal stakeholders (business, procurement, legal) and external data vendors to facilitate contract processes.Project & Stakeholder ManagementProvide general project management and ad hoc support to the Data Sourcing team.Lead or support initiatives aligned with agile ways of working and help guide stakeholders through agile processes.Main Requirements:Solid experience in accounting and finance, ideally within data purchasing; CIMA or ACCA is a plusExperience with contract renewals and negotiations; contract management background preferredStrong project management skills with ability to work independently and take ownershipComfortable working in an agile environment and managing global stakeholders and vendorsStrong Excel skillsPharma industry experience is a bonus but not essentialInterested?
