If so, we’d love to hear from you!About the RoleAs our Team Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Health, Safety, and Compliance documentation is accurate, relevant, and embedded across the Navigation Systems Team. You’ll lead audits, develop procedures, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and review H&S documentation (risk assessments, COSHH, method statements, etc.)Create and enhance processes to manage operational risksConduct site visits to understand activities and inform documentationDeliver inductions and site briefingsManage contractor compliance and documentationLead audits and drive non-conformance resolutionCollaborate across departments to ensure consistent risk management What We’re Looking ForA-Level (or equivalent) in IT, science, or engineeringHealth & Safety qualification (e.g. SMSTS or equivalent)Experience in a similar role (engineering, IT, or construction)Full UK manual driving licence Essential SkillsStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to influence, negotiate, and implement changeProactive, analytical, and solutions-focused mindsetConfident using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and ERP systemsDesirableWillingness to undertake Working at Height trainingEngineering/electrical qualificationsExperience in the port industry or operational IT Our CultureWe’re a collaborative, safety-first team that values integrity, continuous improvement, and working together.
