Senior Practice Accountant/ Client Manager| Warrington | Full Time - 9 am 5 pm (37.5 Hours) - Office Based | 45,000 - 60,000 per annumOur client has years of experience working with local SMEs in Warrington and beyond, providing expert advice to help grow businesses, minimise the tax bill and maximise their wealth.They are currently seeking an ambitious, hands-on accountant to help oversee the day-to-day client base whilst the Director transitions into a more strategic, business-focused role. To succeed, you will need to adopt the company's mission to become the Trusted Adviser to Clients and show a real passion for supporting their success.Are you the right person for the job? ACA or ACCA qualified, ideally with several years of post-qualification experienceCTA qualification would be advantageousProven experience working with SME/OMB clientsPrevious experience managing a portfolio of clientsSupervisory or management experience with a small teamStrong technical knowledge with attention to detail, particularly in line with FRS 102A proactive, client-first mindset with a can-do attitudeProfessional, supportive, and approachable in dealings with both clients and colleagues What will your role look like?This role will include: Preparing and reviewing financial statements for both individual entities and group companiesSupervising, mentoring, and supporting the development of junior team membersPreparing and reviewing both corporate and personal tax returnsMeeting with clients to discuss financial accounts and tax-related mattersMaintain a strong commercial focus by understanding client business needs and delivering tailored, value-driven advice and solutions What can you expect in return? 33 Days' holiday, including bank holidaysYearly Christmas bonusFREE onsite parking What's next?
