Strategy and Policy Team Lead Cyber SecurityWere looking for a Strategy and Policy Team Lead to help shape cyber governance, policy, and awareness in a growing security function. This is a hands-on role with influence across the organisation and visibility at senior level.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and deliver cyber security policies, standards, and governance frameworksMaintain risk registers and produce clear reporting and dashboardsSupport the Deputy CISO on strategy, resourcing, and planningLead awareness and training initiatives to embed a strong security culturePromote continuous improvement across compliance and assuranceWhat youll bringStrong background in cyber security governance, policy, and risk managementKnowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CAF, GDPR/DPAStakeholder engagement skills with senior leaders and technical teamsExperience delivering security awareness or culture-change programmesFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI, Excel or ServiceNow dashboardsWhats on offer30 days holiday + bank holidaysDefined contribution pension up to 13.5% employer contributionAnnual bonus 15%Family-friendly policies, in-house medical, and cycle-to-work schemeThis is a permanent role based in the North West.
