The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework in commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework according to industry standards and regulationsUtilise appropriate chemicals, methods, and equipment to remove dirt, debris, and contaminantsComplete cleaning projects within allocated timeframes and budgetsCommunicate effectively with clients and colleagues to meet project objectivesMaintain accurate records of completed work and report issues to managementAdhere to health and safety procedures on all sites, ensuring a safe working environmentStay up to date with industry best practices and evolving cleaning technologiesProvide training and guidance to assistants or junior team membersDeliver daily project updates and feedback to relevant stakeholdersQUALIFICATIONS / BENEFITS:Valid SSSTS and CSCS certificationDemonstrable experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipeworkIn-depth knowledge of industry regulations and cleaning standardsStrong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesFull UK driver's licence with willingness to travel to various job sitesPhysically fit and capable of handling heavy equipment when requiredSALARY/BENEFITSGenerous Salary of 45,000-55,000 Doe40 hour working weekPaid travel time and plenty of overtime availableCompany Van + Fuel card and tools suppliedCompany pension schemePrivate health insurance for peace of mindIncome protection cover33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Cycle to Work schemeGym discounts & wellbeing resourcesEmployee referral bonus schemeReward & recognition programmeRetail discountIf you are interested please call Ben on 07498 889444 or apply within.JBRP1_UKTJ
