HVAC Working Supervisor | St Albans | Full Time | 40 hours per week plus overtime when required | Up to £53,000 per annum, depending on experienceOur client has been successfully carrying out Building Services Installations, including Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Automatic Controls, Water Services, Gas, Public Health, Electrical Services and Renewable Systems for over 50 years.They are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Working Supervisor to join their growing team. Working across industrial and commercial projects, you'll take a hands-on role while leading site teams to deliver projects on time, safely, and to the highest standard.Are you the right person for the job? Supervising and supporting site teams across HVAC installationsInstalling and maintaining boiler houses, ductwork, and 1st & 2nd fix pipeworkCoordinating with other trades to ensure smooth project deliveryAttending site meetings and liaising with clientsMaintaining compliance with industry standards and health 'safety regulationsMeeting project objectives and deadlines while maintaining quality standards What can you expect in return?
