Project Manager Exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work for a medium sized, regional contractor in Cambridge. Working across refurbishment projects for colleges and high end residential.This is a busy contractor who have a very healthy pipeline of work and looking for a Project manager to join the team who can work across multiple projects in Cambridge, report back to the director and manage the site teams. This is a family owned company that look after their employees, have a positive company culture. They are growing steadily since they started 30years and have a very good reputation in the region for quality and service. The ideal Project Manager This project manager will be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple teams and be dynamic. This Project manager will have a good understanding of construction new build and refurbishment.Ideally a project manager with experience in high end residential and college refurb. Looking for a Project manager from a construction background, either having a Degree in construction or come from a trades background.
