Our client had an exciting newly created role for a Clinical Trainer to join their growing award wining team. Youll be responsible for delivering engaging, face-to-face and online clinical training to care staff across Devon and Cornwall. Youll also support induction programmes, assess clinical competencies, and promote best practice through hands-on mentoring and coaching.Package:Full time permanent contract17.50phPaid mileage and travel expensesFlexible working arrangementsOngoing CPD and clinical supervisionOpportunities for progression and developmentSupportive and friendly team environmentOther perks and benefitsChance to make a differenceKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver clinical training including the following :Medication management / PEG and enteral feeding / Suction and airway care / Catheter, bowel, and stoma care / Epilepsy and diabetes awareness / Moving & handling, infection control, end-of-life care / Clinical record-keeping and condition-specific topicsSupport staff inductions and competency assessmentsUpdate training content based on current guidance (CQC, NICE, Skills for Care)Provide refresher training and reassess staff as neededEnsure all training meets CQC Regulations 12 and 18Maintain accurate records and compliance dashboardsIdentify training needs via audits, incidents, and feedbackRequirements:Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) or qualified clinical care professionalAt least 2 years' experience in a clinical training or supervisory roleConfident delivering adult learning in both group and 1:1 settingsPractical knowledge of community-based clinical proceduresEducation or training qualification (e.g. PTLLS, Level 3 Award)Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehiclePassionate about learning and developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, organised, and confident in clinical assessmentCommitted to dignity, respect, and person-centred valuesIdeally Safeguarding Adults Level 3Experience preferred within in domiciliary care, supported living, or complex needs settingPlease submit your CV for full details and to discuss the role.INDCAREJBRP1_UKTJ
