Every day brings something new no repetitive production lines here and youll be part of a collaborative, supportive workplace.If you are interested in this role, click APPLY nowWorking hours:Hours are between: MondayFriday , 7:00am5:00pm.38 hours per weekAbout the RoleAs a Plater / Fabricator, youll be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, preparing steel plates and sections, and ensuring work is completed to exact specifications. Youll work closely with the welding team to deliver high-quality, precision fabrications.Key Responsibilities: Interpret engineering and fabrication drawings accurately. Cut, prepare, and assemble steel plates and sections to specification. Carry out plating operations in line with work instructions. Pass completed assemblies to welders for final build. Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards. Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings. Competent in operating fabrication and cutting equipment. Proven attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances. A problem-solver with sound decision-making skills. Full UK driving licence. Ideally, 45 years experience in a fabrication workshop environment.
