With a strong sense of community and a focus on person-centred care, we are proud to offer a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.Your RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their day-to-day routines, always promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will follow individual care plans, provide emotional and social support, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Working closely with nurses, housekeepers and fellow carers, you will play a vital role in ensuring each resident feels respected, heard and cared for.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months experience as a Care Assistant. An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, along with a genuine passion for care and a commitment to delivering a high standard of support.
