You won’t be tasked with business development — just owning the recruitment process and filling roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and managing offers.Deliver on senior and leadership mandates across multiple sectors (Tech, Finance, Media, Real Estate, etc.).Partner closely with TalentHive’s BD and Client Leads to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.Use a mix of head-hunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking to source talent.Build and maintain a strong candidate network, ensuring proactive pipelines for future roles.Maintain timely communication with both candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.Uphold TalentHive’s reputation by ensuring a professional and high-touch candidate experience.What We’re Looking ForProven recruitment delivery experience (agency, RPO, or executive search).Strong track record in filling mid-to-senior level and leadership roles.Ability to work remotely and independently while delivering against targets.Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and advanced Boolean search.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Resilient, self-driven, and motivated by results.Compensation & GrowthMonths 1–2: Commission-only basis (uncapped earnings).From Month 3 onwards: Fixed monthly salary of up to £2,000 net + performance-based commission.Future Opportunity: Successful completion of probation may open the door to relocation to Dubai, with relocation assistance provided.Why Join TalentHive?Be part of a fast-growing agency with international exposure.Focus purely on delivery — no cold BD required.Work remotely from the UK, with flexibility and autonomy.Commission structure designed to reward results.A collaborative team culture where your impact is visible and valued.A chance to build your career in Dubai with full relocation support.
