We are proud to be partnering a leading provider in building fire safety compliance and technical services to organisations across the UK, who are looking to appoint a Façade Consultant & a Building Safety Consultant on a six-month contractBoth positions are remote based roles. The rate for the Façade Consultant will be £1,000 per report. The rate for the Building Safety Consultant will be £1,100 per report.The ideal candidate will have an IFE membership and have experience reviewing & validating reports.Duties for Façade Consultant will include (but are not limited to):Producing FRAEW reports to ensure the exterior of the building are fire safe and establish if any renovations are required to bring them up to standardEvaluating the potential fire risks associated with the external wall systemProviding recommendations for remedial actions if necessaryDuties for Building Safety Consultant will include (but are not limited to):Producing building safety cases that outline how fire and structural risks are managed to ensure compliance with safety regulationsIdentifying potential safety risks assisted with the building including the spread of fire or structural failureExperience required:IFE membershipExperience producing & reviewing similar style reportsRewards and Benefits:Remote workingWorking hours:Flexible hoursPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
