We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Law Firm in London on a Remote Working Basis. This is ideal for a self-motivated and highly competent legal professional with a strong background in commercial property transactions. You’ll be handling a varied caseload with a particular focus on retail properties, including shopping center's and dental practices.There may be a need to occasional travel to the clients office in Edgware for meetings (4 - 5 times per year).Requirements: • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial property law. • Strong experience in general commercial property matters• Proven experience handling acquisitions and bridging loans.
