Known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, the practice offers a collaborative and sociable working environment with a strong focus on technical excellence and innovation.Your new roleAs Senior Architectural Technologist, you will lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion. You'll be responsible for producing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.Key responsibilities include:Leading technical design and project delivery across RIBA stagesProducing and reviewing detailed construction drawings and specificationsCoordinating with external consultants, contractors, and local authoritiesEnsuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirementsSupporting junior team members and contributing to project reviewsManaging project timelines and technical documentationWhat you'll need to succeedYou'll be an experienced Architectural Technologist with a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.Essential skills and experience:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar roleProficient in RevitStrong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailingAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication and team leadership skillsExperience in the residential sector, preferably with a developer.What you'll get in returnYou'll be joining a practice that values its people and culture.
