With D2C, Retail and wholesale channels, who pride themselves on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and building a positive, high-performing workplace.As operations continue to scale, they're looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our fulfilment centre in Belfast and lead the day-to-day running of our warehouse team and systems.The company is also considering a site in Dublin which could open as soon as February. Role OverviewAs Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse activities-from goods-in to pick, pack, and ship. You'll lead a growing team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure we continue delivering excellent service across both ecommerce and wholesale channels.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring sharp organisational skills, strong knowledge of digital warehouse systems, and a drive for continuous improvement.Applicants must have experience of E-commerce and Wholesale to be considered for the role. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations ManagementOversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of productsMaintain smooth daily operations across all fulfilment workflowsInventory ControlMonitor stock levels and locations using WMSPerform regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure accuracyOrder FulfilmentEnsure timely, accurate picking and shipping of all customer and wholesale ordersLiaise with carriers and 3PLs to meet delivery expectationsTeam LeadershipManage and mentor warehouse staffCreate a positive, performance-focused culture with clear expectations and supportProcess OptimisationIdentify opportunities for improved efficiency and reduced error ratesImplement new processes and tools to streamline operationsHealth & Safety ComplianceEnsure all activities meet health and safety regulationsCreate a safe, clean, and well-organised working environmentReporting & AnalysisGenerate performance reports on order accuracy, fulfilment speed, stock levels etc.Report insights and operational risks to senior managementWho We're Looking ForProven experience managing a warehouse team, in a D2C ecommerce and/or wholesale environmentStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent organisation, planning, and problem-solving abilitiesTech-savvy - confident using WMS (Peoplevox preferred) and ERP systems (Brightpearl/Netsuite)Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat's on Offer£45,000 for Belfast / €52,000 for DublinGenerous holiday allowanceClear path for professional development and internal growthBe part of an ambitious, collaborative and supportive teamOpportunity to shape warehouse operations at a critical time in our growthBBBH: 34494
