Importantly we do this together, as a team.Role Summary This is a busy, varied and hands-on role within our Sales function with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will report to the Commercial Director and have a dotted line into our Digital Solutions Director. You will lead our software product training externally and internally as well as supporting our existing training team with our core business hardware product mix. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Engineering and Software development teams to create and deliver effective and high-quality product training. You will also support internal product training ensuring our team members can act as strong ambassadors for Safehinge Primera and our award-winning products. You will also engage with our People team and support with internal training requests across our wider business as appropriate. Key responsibilities: Deliver product training to potential and existing customers and internal colleagues, showcasing our products to demonstrate how they make a real and positive difference to the environments where they are used Own and lead the training and delivery of our Software Product offering Develop and maintain engaging and high-quality training content for Safehinge Primera team members, customers, stakeholders and partners using a range of technology  Work with our existing Training Manager to support on our Mobile Innovation Hub events (company vehicle)Support our existing Training Manager with training requirements which are contracted as part of our Doorsets SLA offering Work closely with the sales team to support with customer demonstrations and events both with our core business product mix and software productYou will be pro-active in seeking meaningful customer feedback to assist the engineering and software development teams on product innovation and development Own the administration and management of training activity (registration, logistics, attendance, set up etc) Maintain and own internal training assets in our secure systems for use by customers and internal teams Become a subject matter expert on our full product portfolio. Be the owner of our software product mix but be able to support and deliver core product training on our hardware when required.Support and coach colleagues to ensure high levels of product knowledge are achieved across all teams Support with internal training needs across our colleagues with a guide from our People teamWhat you’ll bringAt Safehinge Primera we look for people who will add to our organisation and align with our Purpose and Values.
