Fixed Income Middle Office Program Execution Senior Lead – SVPBelfast (Hybrid) | Rate: £384pd PAYE (27 Days Holiday) | Contract until June 2026Team OverviewOperations teams are integral to the success of the Markets business. They support a wide range of internal stakeholders while engaging with external clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Program Manager (SVP level) to lead global initiatives within Fixed Income Middle Office, covering FX, Spread, Rates, and Treasury. The role involves partnering with Operations to define and execute target operating models, managing multiple projects aligned with business goals, and applying established project management disciplines. A hands-on approach will be required to drive initiatives forward, spanning regulatory compliance, strategic re-architecture, risk and control, reconciliation, and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Operations to design and implement the target operating model.Drive the successful delivery of multiple programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target state.Establish and execute project management frameworks, including program governance and stakeholder engagement.Identify, prioritize, and manage dependencies, risks, and issues through to resolution.Define and document strategic business requirements.Collaborate with sponsors to ensure measurable, trackable outcomes and associated KPIs.Work closely with Technology to maintain delivery plans aligned to Operations’ needs, holding delivery owners accountable.Manage testing workstreams, including UAT, coordinating with internal and external teams.Deliver clear and engaging program updates and presentations to senior management.Contribute to the design and delivery of Operations training programs; present to small and large groups.Provide subject matter expertise on relevant initiatives.Lead, coach, and develop junior team members within the Markets Operations Program Execution team.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s/University degree.Strong working knowledge of global markets (preferred).Proven track record in process transformation and executing comprehensive front-to-back reviews.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.Expertise in project management and business analysis.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; JIRA experience is a plus.Ability to lead and develop junior team members.
