Our commitment to imaging excellence, innovative design, and uncompromising quality ensures our products deliver superior performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and adaptable Technical Trainer to join our team, based in the UK with a primary focus on delivering training across Europe. This role involves conducting both classroom-based and hands-on technical training for customers, distributors, and internal service personnel across Rapiscan’s product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with additional language skills considered a plus. This position requires regular international travel and occasional participation in meetings across time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality technical training to a diverse audience, including customers, distributors, and internal teams.Conduct both formal classroom sessions and practical hands-on training across a wide range of Rapiscan products and technologies.Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge to ensure effective knowledge transfer.Review and update training materials, including user manuals and presentations.Maintain accurate training records, student feedback, and administrative documentation.Coordinate and perform administrative tasks related to training delivery and reporting.Communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultures, both verbally and in writing.Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to support training goals.Apply project management and presentation skills to resolve complex issues and deliver impactful training.Provide ongoing feedback on training effectiveness, customer needs, and areas for improvement.Support global training initiatives as needed.Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technical training in both classroom and hands-on settings.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to deliver effective hands-on learning experiences.Willingness and ability to travel internationally and obtain necessary travel documentation.Flexibility to work across time zones, including attending early morning or late-night virtual meetings.Additional Expectations:Domestic and international travel requiredCommitment to reporting quality issues and supporting corrective actions.
