Patent Validation Project ManagerSun IP’s industry-leading patent translation, foreign filing, patent and trademark renewals, and annuity solutions empower intellectual property professionals to seamlessly protect innovation around the globe.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Patent Validation Project Manager to support the coordination and management of European and international patent filings. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, attorneys, translators, and internal teams to ensure all patent validation activities are completed accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable requirements.This is a fully remote position.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor requested translations, filings, and validations, ensuing all related deadlines are met in a timely manner.Manage project finances.Essential Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience as a patent paralegal in a law firm or corporate IP department.Hands-on experience with EP, PCT, and foreign applications, including validation processes.Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal/external stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience with translation workflows and tools in connection with patent validations.Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., memoQ) and machine translation engines.Ability to define and improve processes for translation and quality assurance.Skilled in training users in MTPE and TM workflows.Experience with vendor management, including recruitment and negotiation.
