Private Client Locum Solicitor - Complex Trusts & Estates3 Months Contract (Full or Part Time)Remote/Home Based My client a leading Legal practice are looking to recruit a Locum Private Client Solicitor on a 3 month contract to join their Private Client Practice to focus on the delivery of Complex and large value Trusts & Estates work. Job Responsibilities: Delivering a mixed case load of advisory work for Private client team - focussed on Complex and large value Trusts & EstatesEnsure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money”.Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as registering existing Enduring Powers of AttorneyDrafting declarations of trust for jointly owned propertyGuiding clients through the process of obtaining Grants of RepresentationOverseeing the full administration of estates, including drafting deeds of variationAbout you: Robust background in Private Client arena especially Complex Trusts & EstatesExceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.Able to plan workloads and resources effectivelyExcellent client care and client support skills
