What You'll Be Doing:Client Side:- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across your chosen market- Taking detailed job briefs and advising on hiring strategy- Negotiating commercial terms and managing contracts- Delivering a consistent client experience that reflects Talnet's standards Candidate Side:- Sourcing candidates through advertising, search, referrals and networking- Managing candidate screening, interviews and shortlisting- Providing advice on market trends, CVs, and interview preparation- Managing offers, negotiations and onboarding processes You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle and be trusted to deliver with minimal oversight.
