Their mission is to make consumer finance simpler, fairer, and more intelligent—empowering customers with innovative solutions that put them in control of their money.With around 200 employees (70 in tech), this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is scaling fast and reshaping the future of consumer finance.About the Role:As Decision Systems Lead, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end strategy, configuration, and delivery of the company’s decisioning systems. You’ll play a key role in driving fair customer outcomes, reducing risk, and optimising acquisition and retention journeys.Key responsibilities include:Leading decisioning strategy delivery across credit risk, fraud prevention, KYC, and customer experience.Configuring, testing, and deploying decision rules, scorecards, and strategies.Partnering with tech and data teams to deliver seamless and intelligent customer journeys.Monitoring key risk indicators and ensuring alignment with company risk appetite.Designing and improving decision waterfalls, ensuring resilience and reducing logic leaks.Engaging stakeholders with insights that shape long-term strategic direction.This is a highly impactful role, offering the chance to influence decisioning strategy at scale in a business with bold growth ambitions.About You:You’re both strategic and hands-on, comfortable challenging the status quo and simplifying complexity.
